It is hard to provide a review when dealing with something like solar. You get it installed, it works, and you have little reason to contact anyone again. Due to a change in cell service, I needed to get my inverter upgraded to use 5G. John P. was the technician who came to my house. He was fast, efficient and answered all my questions. I find it reassuring that LA Solar Group employees such quality people. In the unlikely event I have issues with my solar, it is good to know there are people like John, who can help me out.

I had 2 systems installed at 2 different job sites. Their prices were the most competitive and I cant say enough about the equality of the work. I strongly recommend everyone to use them for all their solar projects.

The latest customer service that they provided was sending a guy named Matthew V to change out a couple panels that were not registering... mind you, this is long after initial install and they are still monitoring and replacing parts... I have been using my solar system for several years now and do not pay for electricity. LA Solar performed beyond expectations in the installation and has been quite responsive to any service issues. After over 2 years of going solar I had an issue with my solar edge monitoring software not reporting production. I called LA Solar and talked with sophia who listened to my problem and helped me get my monitoring software working again. She checked with SolarEdge about a possible firmware update. There was none. She called me to let me know and tell me how to do system reset. She explained the procedure to me and texted me step by step instructions. That fixed the problem. She called me back the next day to check and make sure everything was good. I think that going solar was one and f the best decisions I have made and that people like Sophia and LA Solar give me confidence that I have knowledgeable caring people to help if there's a problem.
